Software for a cosmetology salon that brings order to the day

A cosmetology salon combines short services, longer treatments, series and consultations. Each appointment may need a different room, device, document or preparation. Rewi gathers these elements around the calendar so the team does not look for information in several places.

14 days free. No credit card. We will transfer your data from Booksy, Versum or another system for free.

One calendar for treatments, the team and rooms

The Reception view shows staff side by side. Day, week, month and list views are also available. An appointment includes the client, services, duration and the person responsible.

A treatment can be linked to a resource. A resource is, for example, a room, a chair or a device. Rewi checks for conflicts, so busy equipment cannot easily be promised to two clients for the same hour.

Working hours, vacations and team absences affect availability. The front desk sees the real plan for the day, and the booking page shows only the possible slots.

Online booking without answering every call

The salon gets its own booking page. The client picks the service, staff member and time. The booking goes straight to the calendar or waits for approval, depending on the settings.

You can publish only selected services. A consultation or a treatment that needs vetting can remain available by contacting the salon. Popular, recurring services can work with simple booking 24/7.

The client card before the next treatment

The records combine contact details with appointment history. The team can see earlier services, client value, visit frequency, labels and acquisition source.

You can add before and after photos to the card. Documents and questionnaires can use templates. Signing is possible on a tablet in the salon or remotely through a link. A signed document is stored as a PDF that cannot be modified.

Rewi organizes documentation but does not replace legal or medical decisions. The salon is responsible for choosing forms, the basis for processing data and the retention period. Such rules need to be assessed by an appropriate specialist.

Reminders and contact with the client

Automatic messages can confirm a booking, remind about an appointment or announce a change. Templates insert the appointment details, so the front desk does not retype the date and time into every SMS.

Two-way conversations collect replies in the panel. Campaigns can go to a chosen group, for example clients of a particular service category. Labels and consents help limit recipients to the right list.

The main benefit is not sending more messages. It is fewer no-shows and less time spent on manual reminders.

Treatment series, packages and checkout

The salon can sell packages for a set number of visits. Rewi records the use of successive treatments. Gift cards can have a monetary value or cover specified services.

When checking out an appointment you can apply a discount, several payment methods, a gift card, a balance or a package. Products added to the bill reduce the stock level.

Full recurring appointments with a client are in preparation. Today you can create recurring time blocks, but a series of appointments should not be promised as ready-made automation.

Inventory tied to the services performed

Rewi manages products, variants, deliveries and stock for locations. A stocktake records the differences. The order list helps catch low stock before the next treatment.

A service recipe can deduct the materials used. This way the owner sees not only product sales but also material usage during the work. It cuts down on spreadsheets kept separately from appointments.

Start with a real day at the salon

During the trial, it is worth entering the most common services, the team’s hours and one room. Then save a few sample appointments and check the booking page on a phone.

The next step can be reminders and documents. You do not need to configure every module before using the calendar for the first time. Rewi should first bring order to daily work.

Try Rewi for 14 days. The trial is free and requires no credit card.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your question? Write to [email protected].

Does Rewi support several cosmetologists at once?

Yes. The Reception view shows several calendars side by side, and roles and permissions limit access to selected areas.

Can I assign a device to a treatment?

Yes. A room, a chair or a device can be a resource. The system checks its availability during scheduling.

Does Rewi store before and after photos?

Yes. Treatment photos can be attached to the client card. Access requires logging in.

Can a client sign a consent on a tablet?

Yes. A document can be signed in kiosk mode on a tablet or remotely through a link.

Does the system support packages for a series of treatments?

Yes. A package stores the number of visits and lets you check out subsequent appointments. Automatic creation of recurring appointments with a client is still in preparation.
