Treatment and touch-up as two separate appointments

In the price list you can set the treatment and the touch-up with separate duration and price. The calendar shows both visits of the same client, so it's easy to plan the touch-up right after the first treatment.

Working hours and absences limit availability. A workstation or device can be a resource, and Rewi checks for conflicts.

Consents and questionnaires signed in the studio

Documents and questionnaires use templates. The client signs them on a tablet in the studio or remotely via a link. The signed document is saved as a non-editable PDF on the client's card.

Rewi organizes documentation but does not replace legal or medical decisions. The studio is responsible for choosing forms, the legal basis for data processing and the retention period. Such rules need an assessment by a qualified specialist.

Before and after photos on the client card

You keep result photos on the client's card. At the touch-up you go back to the original shape and color without scrolling through your phone's private gallery.

Photos and documents are not public. Access depends on the staff member's role and requires logging in.

Online booking for selected treatments

The studio can publish its own booking page. Leave treatments that need a consultation for direct contact, and open a simple touch-up for self-booking. A booking can wait for manual approval.

Reminders about treatments and touch-ups

An automatic SMS reminds about the visit and passes on changes. You can target a campaign at clients who haven't had a touch-up in a while, respecting their consents.
