Terms of Use of the REWI System

These terms set out the rules for using the REWI system, operated by Zajączkowski CAD, Andrzej Zajączkowski, ul. Sikorskiego 27, 07-410 Ostrołęka, Poland, NIP: 7582359227, e-mail: [email protected].

§1 General provisions

1. These terms set out the rules for using the REWI system available at the web address.
2. A user may be an individual or a company using the system to manage appointment bookings.
3. Creating an account in the system means accepting these terms.

§2 Scope of services

1. The REWI system allows you to:
   • a) keep an appointment calendar,
   • b) manage a client database,
   • c) manage the services offered by the user.
2. The service may be developed and modified depending on needs and technological progress.

§3 Registration and use of the system

1. Using the system requires registration and creating an account.
2. The user undertakes to provide truthful data during registration.
3. The administrator reserves the right to introduce subscription plans and subscription fees (monthly or annual) in the future.

§4 Rules of liability

1. The user undertakes to use the system in accordance with the law and with generally accepted standards of conduct.
2. It is prohibited to use the system contrary to its purpose or for unlawful purposes.
3. The administrator is not liable for the consequences of user errors or for interruptions in the availability of the system caused by technical reasons beyond its control.

§5 Contact and technical support

1. All questions and requests can be sent by e-mail or through the contact form on the rewi.beauty website, in the “Contact” tab.

§6 Final provisions

1. The user may stop using the system at any time. Not using it does not create an obligation to pay, provided no paid plans are active.
2. The administrator reserves the right to amend the terms. The user will be informed of every change through the system.
3. The terms take effect once published in the system and apply to all users with an active account.
