How much Rewi costs per month

The base price is 69 PLN gross per month. It includes one user. This is a good starting point for someone working alone, or an owner who first wants to set up the salon.

Each additional user costs 19 PLN gross per month. A team of two pays 88 PLN gross. Three people pay 107 PLN gross, and five people 145 PLN gross per month.

A user is a person with their own access to Rewi. A personal account lets you assign permissions and record who made each change in the activity log. There is no need to share one password with the whole team.

The price grows predictably with your team. The calculator on the page shows the full amount before you sign up. All values are gross prices and include 23% VAT.

Annual billing costs the same as ten months

With annual payment Rewi charges the price of ten months. A year for the first user costs 690 PLN gross. Each additional user then costs 190 PLN gross per year.

Converted to a monthly figure, basic access costs 57.50 PLN gross on average. It requires no plan change and no loss of features. Only the billing period changes.

Monthly billing gives more flexibility at the start. Annual billing lowers your predictable costs once you have tried the system. Both options cover the same scope of Rewi.

What one plan includes

The price includes a calendar with drag-and-drop appointments, online booking, work schedules and SMS reminders. You can keep client records, visit history, photos, documents and signed consents.

The same plan covers services and price lists, visit billing, packages, vouchers and product inventory. For the team there are roles, permissions, commissions and reports. The activity log helps you check who changed data.

Rewi does not offer a cheaper plan without reports or a pricier plan with the calendar. New modules are developed as parts of one system. Commissions are being enabled for salons in stages. Write to us to check availability on your account.

You pay for your team's work, not for the number of bookings

A Rewi subscription does not depend on the number of appointments in the calendar. Your own booking page leads clients straight to the salon's schedule. Rewi is not a marketplace that places other salons next to your offer.

Message bundles and costs depend on how you use communication. These costs do not change the price of a Rewi user.

This model is clear for a salon that wins clients on its own through referrals, Google, Instagram or its own website. If attracting new clients from a directory matters more than your own booking channel, take that difference into account when comparing systems.

Free data migration

Switching software should not mean retyping your whole database. Free data migration is part of the Rewi plan. The team helps prepare clients, price list and calendar from the available export.

The scope of migration depends on the data format your previous system provides. It is worth checking the export first and deciding which information can be moved automatically. No migration fee is not a promise to move data that the previous provider does not allow you to export.
