Sell an amount voucher or a voucher for a specific treatment

An amount voucher has a fixed value that can be used on later visits. A treatment voucher covers a specified service or set of services. Each document gets a unique code needed for redemption.

At the time of sale you can specify the buyer and recipient, the validity date and the payment method. A finished voucher can be printed. If you enter the recipient's address, Rewi can also send it by e-mail.

Manage packages for treatment series

A package is personal and can cover one or several services. For each item you set the number of visits, and for the whole package the price. This way the team doesn't have to remember how many treatments the client has already used.

When billing, Rewi shows active packages matching the services in the appointment. After a visit is used, it records the operation and updates the remaining balance. If the price in the package is lower than the current price list, the difference remains visible as a package discount.

Redeem a card by code

Staff can look up a gift card by code and check its status, validity and balance. For an amount voucher they choose the amount to use. The remaining amount due can be covered with another payment method.

A service voucher applies only to the services it covers. Rewi suggests whether they match the current appointment. This reduces mistakes with similar treatment names and manual value calculation.

Record funds directly on the client's balance

A client can have a prepaid balance in Rewi. The team records a deposit or withdrawal, and the available funds can be used when billing. The operation history stays in the client record.

A balance works when the client doesn't need a separate voucher with a code. A gift card is better for a present, and a package for a specific series of services. All three forms are visible in one profile.

Keep track of validity and liabilities

The list shows the code, recipient, balance, status and expiry date. An authorized person can extend the validity, adjust the balance, issue a refund or void the card. The operation history explains every change.

The gift card report shows the value of funds still to be redeemed. Selling a card or topping up a balance does not increase revenue at the moment the money is received. Revenue appears when the client uses the funds at a visit.
