Software for barbers that keeps track of every chair

In a barbershop the day is made of many short visits: haircut, beard, combo. A few minutes of delay push back the next clients. Rewi puts appointments in one calendar, so barbers see their day and reception sees the whole shop.

14 days free. No credit card. We will transfer your data from Booksy, Versum or another system for free.

Rewi calendar in the reception view: barber columns with appointments, clients and services throughout the day

Every barber's calendar side by side

The Reception view shows a column for each staff member. You can immediately see who has a free slot and when the current visit ends. Day, week and list views are also available.

A visit can combine several services, for example a haircut and a beard trim. Duration and price come from the price list. You reschedule by dragging the visit, without creating it again.

Colors and statuses show whether the client confirmed, is waiting or has already finished. Reception doesn't need to ask the team what is happening in the chairs.

Online booking through your own link

The barbershop gets its own booking page. The client picks a service, a barber and a free time, even outside the shop's opening hours. The booking goes to the calendar or waits for approval, depending on your settings.

You can put the link in a social profile, a Google business listing or on your website. Rewi is not a directory of many salons, so the client goes straight to your shop.

Schedule, breaks and chairs

Each barber has their own working hours, time off and absences. Availability in online booking comes from this schedule, so clients won't see a time nobody can serve.

Recurring blocks close time for a break or for tidying a workstation. A chair, a wash basin or another shared spot can be a resource. Rewi checks that it isn't booked twice.

Reminders reduce no-shows

An automatic SMS confirms the booking, reminds about the visit and reports changes. The template fills in the visit details, so nobody retypes the time into every message.

Client replies go to a shared thread in the panel, not to one barber's private phone.

Cosmetics and barber commissions

When billing a visit you can add products, for example pomade or beard oil. A sold product reduces the stock level.

A barber's commission can depend on services and product sales. The report calculates it from the value actually billed. The commission module is being enabled for salons in stages, so write to us to check availability on your account.
