Price for a typical three-person salon

Three people on Rewi cost 107 PLN gross per month. That is 69 PLN for the first user and 19 PLN twice for the next ones.

Three people on Booksy cost 215 PLN net per month, which is 264.45 PLN gross at 23% VAT. That is 145 PLN net for the subscription and 35 PLN net twice for additional staff. The rates come from the Booksy price list, checked on 11.10.2026.

This is a network advantage that Rewi does not try to copy. A salon that needs a flow of clients from a consumer app should factor it into the decision. A lower subscription alone does not replace marketplace traffic.

Rewi gives you your own booking page. The client lands on a specific salon's offer from Google, Instagram, a website or a referral. They don't see other businesses next to it. This model suits a salon that has its own client base and wants to grow independent channels.

How Boost works

Rewi has no equivalent of Boost. It charges no commission for acquiring a client because it does not run a marketplace. This means a lower and more predictable system cost, but also no paid exposure in a Rewi consumer app.

What to check before switching

First find out how many bookings actually come from your Booksy profile and Boost. Then separate them from clients who book through your own link, Google or direct contact. This shows the cost of losing the marketplace.

Also check the export of clients, future visits, services and history. Rewi helps migrate the available data free of charge. The scope depends on the files you can get from your previous system.
